ACCESSIBLE MAKING

Accessibility Statement

Embrofolio aims to offer clear embroidery learning content on both small and large screens. Instructions and materials should be understandable without relying on image previews alone. We have not commissioned an independent WCAG compliance audit and do not claim certification.

What we work toward

Public tutorials use headings and text explanations for materials, stitching order and techniques. Links should be distinguishable and keyboard-usable. Project pages differentiate illustrations from printable outlines so readers know which resource they are opening.

Formats and limitations

Some visual transfer diagrams and PDF line drawings have detail that screen readers cannot interpret fully. Third-party video players, ads, remote image hosts and linked download sites may have their own accessibility limitations. A downloadable drawing cannot be assumed to provide a text-equivalent pattern.

Tell us what is difficult

Use our contact page and include the project or guide URL, affected feature, device/browser and the help you need. We can consider clarifying a stitch description or describing a motif in words when practical.
